It’s a real shame. I’ve used them for about a half dozen heads and they’ve always done me right. I recommended them to a longtime friend of mine and he got a questionable head that was looked over by another shop and found to still have a crack. Apparently, my friend was told that all heads were pressure tested and passed but that wasn’t enough for him to take the risk. Should have been an easy return but he had to pay shipping and restocking fee. I never thought a small business would sink to doing what big corporations do. If you send out something hat isn’t 100%, you should be more than ready to allow the return for a full refund. You charged him money to get a questionable head and he has nothing to show for it. You’ve not only lost the chance to do business with him but you’ve lost me as well. I’ve given your recommendation many times over the years and that ends now. I’ll be sure to share this with anyone I know building or repairing their engine and tell them to steer clear of to. Tia a shame. I really believed you had great service and quality. At this rate, we may as well stick to the big companies if the service is going to be the same. UPDATE: I am not able to complete

The shop handled my transaction from start to finish with good communication, turnaround time was excellent from receiving to reshipping my head back out to me. While there was some shipping damage done that required me to purchase a small damaged cam phaser VVT part for my head, they did hear out my complaint and covered the cost of the part to be replaced. I can appreciate a business that takes ownership for issues even in shipping. I think its a good opportunity for learning a different means of resending this part separately back to the customer or asking them to remove it before sending the head to them. Kudos however to them for making it right. That solidifies a 5 star review.

Great outcome on my cylinder heads to my 1994 Chevrolet S10 with a 4.3 V6! I’m in San Antonio, TX where I couldn’t find the 1 head I needed. I purchased one head these guys had in stock and they rebuilt a bad head I had. They handle my heads with great care and were determined to get them back to me asap ! The heads were sent through the mail and everything checked out just fine !! They were quick, reliable and reasonable! My old truck now runs like new ! Highly recommend these guys for cylinder heads !!

Magnum 5.2 heads. Made it almost 100 miles and busted a valve spring. Just thankful it didn't drop into the cylinder. Should have been a red flag when we had to get a intake valve to seat right off the bat. You could see daylight between the seat and valve. Now I get to buy new heads and lifters pushrods, gaskets etc. If you can buy new heads not reman ones The valve heights were so far off and the used valve springs were pitted with rust. Complete waste of money 💰

Man was I so nervous seeing all these bad reviews! The head came within a week, inspected it. All sides were flat and been resurfaced , however there was mixed valves some new ,and some old. Old valves had some areas thats werent super clean, but cars run super good , and was able to get my daily back. Very responsive, seems like they do fast turn arounds on heads, will definitely be using them again. Other options was far from me florida needed the head quick
